WHICH SHIPPING SERVICE IS USED?

All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.

CAN I EXCHANGE A TEE SHIRT?

PNL Designs, LLC does not allow exchanges at this time. Please be sure to select your appropriate size based on our item descriptions.

PNL Designs, LLC has a 7-day return policy: you have 7 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for a refund or exchange.

 

The customer is responsible for packaging and shipping costs. We recommend that you use the original package to return your item and include a copy of your receipt. PNL Designs, LLC is not responsible for items lost during shipping. Mail package to:

REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately, we do not allow refunds at this time. Your purchase is considered final. Be confident with your decision before making a payment.

  1. Contact info@pnl-designs.com to issue your refund request. Please submit a detailed explanation of your reason for return. 

  2. A return shipping label will be emailed to you with instructions. The refund will be in the same method of payment as your order minus the cost for shipping.

  3. Your card will be promptly credited (less the initial shipping charges unless otherwise noted), and a return credit receipt will be sent to your email address once the item is received. Please allow 10 to 14 days for a full refund due to processing.

CAN I EXPEDITE AN ORDER?

If you would like an item(s) sooner than our normal shipping timeframe of 3 to 5 business days, please send an email to: info@pnl-designs.com to explain your needs so that we can arrange a special order.
